I was trying to restrict calls on my cell. I called the call centre for help, but it seems the pin is locked. It says "all outgoing PIN locked- too many incorrect attempts."
The call centre logged a query to reset the outgoing PIN, but no one has called me back.
Then i was told that it cannot be done. Telkom Mobiles software systems are severely lacking. When i was with Vodacom, the callcentre did the exact same reset in a few hours!!
