My online banking password as been locked, I called custormer service (0860008600) for them to help me reset it. I was told I can only do this at my nearest absa branch, went to ABSA midrand for assistance yesterday, done the whole proccess to reset it, got home home & tried to log on, still it was locked.

Went to ABSA Home loans dept today, once again done the whole reset process, I was assured that the reset was done & I can log on now, Just got back at work now trying to log on but guess what, still my account is locked. the following errors occur: - The Password associated with your account has been locked.
- Reset password: Access to this function is DENIED

I'm seriously dissapointed with the "assistance" I've been recieving this past two days, If I can't log on to my account how am I supossed to do my banking???

I think it's time for a bank change ..
