No feedback from Store or MTN

I requested for a copy of my original contracts in April this year, to date I still have not received this copies. My new handset is faulty, I upgraded in mid Feb this year. I was told that in order for this to be sent in to be replaced I need a copy of my contract, hence the reason I requested a copy. Now I have handed in my phone without this copy and hope its enough. In the meantime I have been dealing with the store in Hillcrest and promises have been made and they have not gotten back to me, I still don't have a copy of the contract and they don't call me back. I have to contact them to get feedback.

I have also sent emails to [Email Removed] and they do not get back to me either, they just forward the email to the store and that is why I'm complaining in the first place. I have called 808 from my cell phone and they have told me to contact the store where I upgraded... Hillcrest again and still I am no where closer then when I started. I have been told by 808 that they do not have copies of the contract, the store told me that they have to request it from metro file - its been close to 2 weeks and still they cant find the paperwork? What am I to do???
