I have called your call centre many times and everytime i speak to a consultant who promises to help, but it seems no one has the knowhow of how to solve my issue, which i must say is very simple!!
i blocked all incoming sms'es on my line using the gsm code *35*barring password*16#, and i changed the default barring password from 1234.
i forgot the password and now can not unblock incoming sms'es, and all i need is the tech dept to reset the barring password to a default one so i can unblock on my side. it is that simple, if one has knowhow of gsm networks.
may you find someone at cellc who can help please.
