Bad Service/ Bad Attitude

The vodacom at the Glen shopping mall has the worse staff. they unfriendly, not helpfull and they know nothing about the phones in the stores.

I went there on more then one occasion and always recieve the same pertetic service. The staff sit on the pc's, play with there phones on display and ignore you when you walk into the store.

I have to ask for assistance and then i wait until someone feels like helping me. I would like to take out a contarct for a cell phone but when i went there the staff had no idea when the phone will be in stock or what type of contacts there are for that cell phone.

I had to ask questions as the staff member carried on playing games on the pc insted of helping me with the phone contract. He seemed anoyed that i was interrupping his game.
