After recently having a bad experience with four different Vodacom shops where staff did not know their products, let alone a new product that we were looking for, we decided to give up on buying a phone.
We walked around Jet and saw they had a cell counter so we went to look at their phones. Nonhlanhla that helped us really put Vodacom staff to shame, she was pleasant, new her products and gave good advise, so much so, that we were impressed with her service that we bought a new cell phone.
