Worst store in SA

I visited Voda FU in Montana in Pretoria. What a nightmare. The staff did not know what to do, just playing games on their computers and not assisting customers.

One female staff member even told a customer she does not work there just to sit and play games. Customers just walked off. There are no queues and people just push in due to the lack of service.
After standing there for an hour, I could not be helped and was send to another store.
When complaining, I was told to phone 111. When I stated that I will cancel my contract due to this attitude, I was told to do so.
