I visited the Jet Branch at the Glen shopping Centre this morning at 9h00, I shopped around and managed to find things through the clutter and clogged space in the shop. Eventually after pushing through the tiny isles and making my way to the pay counter, I was not even acknowledged by the 9 Staff members standing around while one staff member assisted the Q of clients!!!
It looked to me that they were receiving stock of some sort -( i have no idea where they will shove that in this crammed store!!!) I asked if there was anyone else assisting, and i received a response from the other staff member with a terrible attitude "NO"! they then just carried on as if nothing has happened and carried on doing... UHM NOTHING!!! Two of the staff members that were staying around, were having a go at each other in an African language - but we could all tell they were having a fight as they had no shame in raising their voices for the whole store to hear!
I am not only appalled at the service i received from the rude and arrogant staff members they have, but also the disorganisation of the whole shop!
It is absolutely shocking service &and presentation!!!
