BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

Late in m may we took our blackberry back to truworhts as it was insured, 3 weeks later we got a new phone from because they couldnt fix the old one, only to find that the NEW PHONE THAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS ALSO FAULTY, THE TRACKPAD WAS NOT WORKING, WE TOOK THE PHONE BACK ON THE 30TH OF JUNE, AND TEBOGO PROMISED TO CALL US WITHIN A WEEK, WE WENT BACK TO TRUWORTHS COZ WE HADN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THEM, THEY PROMISED THE PHONE WITHIN A WEEK... STILL DID NOT CALL, ON TUESDAY THE 30TH OF JULY, WE WENT BACK AND TEBOGO GAVE US HER WORD THAT SHE WOULD CALL BEFORE FRIDAY, WE WENT BACK ON FRIDAY COZ THERE WAS STILL NO CALL MADE, WE SPOKE TO XOLANI WHEN WE GOT THERE, HE TOLD US THE PHONE WAS NOT AVAILBLE, HE SAID MTN IS THE PROBLEM COZ THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT THE PHONE A VERY LONG TIME AGO, I CALLED MTN AND A GENTLEMAN SAID THE PHONE HAS BEEN DISPACHED AND IT WOULD BE AT TRUWORTHS BY MONDAY, I THEN HAD TO GO BACK TO TRUWORTHS TO ESCALATE THE MATTER, I CALLED MTN AND SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL GIRL BY THE NAME OF ELEANOR, SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT HELP AND TOLD ME A DIFFERENT STORY, SHE SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY 300.MY QUESTION WAS HOW DO WE PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS FAULTY FROM MTN? SH
