On 30 August 2012 I reported the following problem:

Last night I phoned MTN Technical support (1555) to enquire about problems with MTN loaded (e-mail) server. I was informed by the operator (computer) that they (MTN) are not able to transfer my call from my phone (0836293859) to the selected option, because my number is not RICA. My number and phone was RICA at Nashua Mobile Louis Trichardt before the closing date. The Nashua Mobile system indicate the number as RICA. I am of the opinion that Nashua Mobile failed to forward my RICA information to the national and/or MTN database. Will you please rectify this problem as soon as possible.

It is now 1 year later and I still have the same problem. I also cant use the Account Balance line 258 due to the same issue?

I ask again: Will you please rectify this problem as soon as possible?
