I have been using a dual sim data contract from NM on MTN for the last year. Using both sim's, one in a tablet and one in a usb dongle. Around the beginning of this year the second sim, in the usb dongle, stopped working. I had the sim swapped thinking that it is a sim problem. This did not fix my problem. Since then i have been on the phone with them about 10 times. First it is a RICA problem, wait 24 hours and it will be fixed. NOT! Then it is a SIM number issue on there systems. Wait another 24 hours. STILL NOT working. Promised i will be phoned back with updates. Never happen. Phone back again, speak to a new agent, and they start telling me the same stories again. RICA and sim number on there systems. I'm awaiting a call back today again at 15H00, not expecting one though.
