I have 2 contracts with Nashua Mobile and with minor issues always felt like a valued customer. After enquiring about a month to month data contract I found out that Nashua does not provide this service and opted for a prepaid option. Having done all the RICA formalities at a NM branch on Saturday (02.02.2013) I awaited my mobile connection to be up and running on Monday (04.02.2013), no such luck. Having been told to call cell-c and NM multiple times as no one could check what the status was I phoned again and was put through to the MD's office and spoke to Samantha. She listened to my query and complaints and told me the matter will be escalated to Cell-C (Cell-D, D standing for disaster) for activation.
Currently still awaiting activation but I have faith that Nashua will sort out the problem.
