Melissan from Vodacom Rewards called me several times to do a data upgrade. I asked her if I will be able to do an upgrade on my device. She replied that I must do it through her and wont be able to do it at a vodashop through a consultant. I went to the store at Brooklyn mall and they confirmed that I will be able to do an UP with them. She phoned again and said that Vodacom has locke my account with a spesific code and only she can assist me. I asked her to cancel everything. On 24-12-2013 a consultant from the Vodashop phoned them to cancel their quotes as it were preventing me to UP! Today, 27-12-2013 I went back to the store just to learn that Vodacom rewards is closed and they still didnt cancel the quotes they generated! I need to UP 2 devices asap and now they blocked me and Im unable to do it. Im upset and furious. I phoned Vodacom and they replied that I must wait until Vodacom rewards open. UNACCEPTABLE!
