I have 3 contracts with MTN, one is a normal phone contract and 2 are data contracts which I use for home internet. I have used both data cards and both have the same issue where the internet connection fails every 10 minutes or so making it extremely difficult to work at home. I have tried with the data card in my WiFi modem and plugged in directly, the issue also affects my phone so I believe it is a problem with the local cell. I was in touch with 1555 earlier today and they "reset" my numbers but the issue is still there.
I can no longer carry on attempting to get hold of them to sit through the menus only to have my call dropped or no reply most of the time. I can also not phone from work tomorrow when I will be at the office because I will just be told I need to be at home using those connections for them to help.
