Ad attitude and customer service from manage

I did an upgrade in this store on the 4th of August. Clear instructions were given to the consultant thami to bill me one month bis. Consultant does not follow through as they were told. The manager of the store then takes the consultant part stating it is my word against his consultant and all he can say is sorry. Not bothered to go look and rectify the situation. I am disgusted with the service received. I am the customer, vodacom is a top leader this stores manager and consultant thami has given vodacom a bad name. I would like the owner of this store to call me to sort out the problem. I am dissatisfied and will not do business in this store again.
