We recently changed our contract to Cell C who promised the best service and cheapest data, we took out a cell phone contract and 2 data contracts for our iPads, the problem is we get shocking cellular service, I have an iPhone 5 and it never rings, i just get an sms to say i have numerous missed calls, and we cannot connect to the internet. the services time out as the reception in our apartment in bedfordview is very bad. My husband has the same phone on MTN and we never have a problem with it. I want Cell C to cancel our contracts so we can return to the MTN network, we have no phone lines at home so I cannot be without service there, and I work from home and need to be able to connect to our drop box account from my iPad. This is terrible service and I am extremely dissatisfied. I am also home with 2 small children all day so need to be able to contact someone if there is a problem, Not being able to receive calls or make them because no one can hear me when I call from home is downright dangerous!
