MTN has "upgraded" our contracts without our cent. They now sending us a bill outstanding that we refuse to pay. MTN can not supply us with the prove of the signed contracts.
The supervisor told my husband "if you stay in my house, I need to bill you" my husband responds on his comment "but if I don't stay in your house any longer, you can not bill me".
This person had no idea what to say. I just feel that MTN staff working in the call centers need to think before they speak.
I hope that someone with more intelligence will contact us after this.
