MTN wrongly billing for data usage

MTN has sent me a bill of over R2, 000.00, billing me for data usage, when i have a Blackberry, that is still supposed to be on an UNLIMITED BIS plan, as i do't have a new contract yet. My bill has been R517.00 every month since i have my phone, which has almost reached it's 2 year upgrade period, and now they are billing me for the same things i've been doing on my phn since i have it? I have 2 more contracts with them, both my kids have BB's, they use the same sites as me, but i don't get billed on their contracts? Does that make any sense?
How convenient that since the 1 March, they've CAPPED BIS, which shouldn't be affecting "current contracts" but now my bill running from 1 March is this much? Coincidence? I think not. And then the Supervisor in the billing department still tells me, send me what you signed for, and IF i find a discrepancy, i'll credit you, and with attitude as well. For 15 years i've been a loyal MTN client, and all I've gotten is stinking service, i think it's time to change service providers. Enough is enough!
