I upgraded both my cell lines with KArish Naidoo, he explained packages and I opted for the R569 package with top up.. He hadn't done my sim swap nor advised me to do so. I called in and it was done. I got my first bill and the amount incorrect, Tried to get hold of KArish, unable to. I was told to speak to supervisor Sunil Behari, who never called back either. I called call centre, then was able to speak to Karish, he apologised, informed me that from this month it would be correct and gave me a discounted price off this months bill. This has not happened, I have been sending him emails and he never responds. Called and left messages for his supervisor, still waiting for response. I have been with MTn for many many years and this is not the service i expect as a long standing client. Such a disappointment. I need this rectified as i am still being billed the incorrect amount.
