Someone at Cell C Norwood Mall upgraded on my account taking a Sasung Galaxy S4 as well as a Samsung TAB leaving me with the bill and Cell C non responsive!!! They have even taken the liberty of moving this line to its own little account and that was the extend of Cell C dealing with this problem. I have phoned every month since the first of FEB 2013 reporting this with a very unhelpful call centre 'escalating the query' to the right department, refusing to give me the details of the actual person I should speak to. I now have a bill of three month which I refuse to pay, because I DO NOT have the stuff!!! I have made notes of the times of my calls to them and who I spoke to every time, so the recordings WILL be there. The last call was with Charmain, a call centre supervisor, who promised to call me back the next day to follow up... STILL WAITING!

When are you solving this issue??? Your staff the goods, send me the papers where I signed for the stuff and video footage of the store to prove that I were there.

When are you sorting this out???
