I cancelled my Vodacom contract in February - pre paid the remaining 5 months on the contract - and now suddenly I have got debit orders going off again - even though the contract is now cancelled.
Upon contacting Vodacom customer care - their call centers continuously disconnect me or I just sit holding for on average 20 minutes a call. I can't even say the service is pathetic cause that would imply there was some type of service...
