On the 21st of March 2013 we decided to have breakfast at House of Coffees. as my plate arrived half the food was cold and the eggs wrong. we send the plate back. The eggs was replaced but the rest of the food including the toast was warmed up in the microwave. it was horrible. I refused to pay for the breakfast but was more than willing to pay for the rest of the bill. the owner came out of the kitchen to talk to us. he was rude and said that I will pay for the horrible food. we paid the bill and I left. My husband went back to speak to him as he spoiled my birthday breakfast. he then told my husband that he can complain to the francize because they will only send him a letter. at no stage did he act like he cares about anything but the money
he insulted his customers and the brand house of coffees by his actions.
