Hello... hello... hello? can anyone hear this base station construction roll-out through out the country nonsense? Because I haven't been able to make calls or receive my BBMs, SMSs or Whatsapp unless I climb on top of the roof or pace up and down in my garden in an attempt to get a better network signal and have my private conversations heard by anyone passing on the street. Cell C doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate the increased number of subscriptions on their networks but nonetheless they would rather have the customer's money for now and promise the customer "you will see, things will be better in the very near future, just stay with me. I just need the money". So I have asked to be relieved from our 36 month contract because I cannot be without a phone for the next 6 months that allows me to make calls/send/receive text messages when I want to in the privacy and comfort of my room. I have been politely told "Sir, unfortunately you signed a contract which you cannot get out of unless you pay the stipulated penalties". Does this contract also stipulate that you would be entitled to revenue even when you fail to provide the expected service? PURE GREED!!!
