I went to the randhart branch on thursday the 21st of nov to apply for a new contract for the samsung tablet ..which was the 1g top up... after a week they called me on the 28th that the tablet was there... i rushed off from work to get there but as always they have all the time in the world... ok was helped but then i was told sorry you cant get the tablet we have the wrong details on contract which was a sony tablet and an open line nothing what i asked for which was the Samsung 1g top up... the lady told me sorry it was their mistake and it will be corrected well after numerous calls to them it still did not happened... what do i do i called them either the systems are offline or they are waiting for head office who is in fault here now... really what am i supposed to do smile be patient or what... i think it is ridiculous... and they dont care!!!
