Vodacom = disgusting service!!!

About two months ago a sales lady at Vodacom called me and said seeing that I am such a great customer she wants to offer me a fantastic deal. I don't have to pay anything for the first month and can send it back if I am not happy. Little did I know that they will ruin my life. I hold the phone in my hands for 10 secs, called them to come and fetch it. They did but they kept on saying my account is in arrears and that the contract has not been cancelled. I called more than six times to cancel it. They took money out of my bank without me knowing. I then called them again and they TOLD me straight that the SALES PEOPLE LIE!!! Eventually I get it cancelled but then they block my existing contract. They say I didn't pay for two months, I then looked on my bank statement and the debits did come off! It was one debit order from a few days ago that they didn't take. I didn't cancel it with my bank and have money in my account at all times. Now they want me to pay for two months plus R100 fee!! I paid for October and the accounts departments said that sales people never credited my account. If they don't, they will switch my phone off again!! There is no one to see and no one to help.
