I handed my HTC Flyer in at Bayside for warranty repairs on 11 July, 2013. 22 days later, there is still no indication as to when I will be receiving my tablet back. At Vodacom Service Centre, you receive constant notifications as to the status of your repair, but not MTN!! They have no problem taking their money every month, but when it comes to service delivery, it is non-existent once it leaves the store. Full compliments to the staff at Bayside who obviously take constant abuse from customers because their support systems are non-existent. So my question is, how much longer do I have to wait for repairs to my tablet?
