IT TAKES 3 MONTHS TO UPGRADE A 8TA CONTRACT

THEY CALLED US IN MAY MONTH TO ASK US TO GO IN TO ANY 8 TA STORE WITH MY ID ONLY TO DO THE UPGRADE. WHEN WE CAME THERE, THEY ALSO NEEDED BANK STATEMENTS, PROOF OF RESIDENTS AND PAY SLIP. WE HANDED IN EVERYTHING, JUST TO HEAR THAT WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 8 AUG. IN JUNE SOME ONE CALLED TO TELL US EVERYTHING IS APPROVED AND I HAVE TO GO IN AND SIGN FOR THE CONTRACT AND GET THE PHONE. I DIDNT GO IN BECAUSE WE WERE VERY BUSY AT WORK. IN JULY WE RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AGAIN. WE WENT IN YESTERDAY, AND WAITED FOR TWO HOURS, WHILE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE PAPER WORK, JUST TO HERE THAT WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL 31 AUG! WE THEN WANTED TO CHANGE TO A SMARTPLAN 50 SIM ONLY, BUR THE LADY ALSO TOLD US, WE HAD TO WAIT UNTILL 31 AUG. WE WERE AMGRY AND WANTED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, BUT SHE SAID WE CANT DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE 31 AUG. WE WERE FURIOUS AND CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, WHO TOLD US THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAD THE UPGRADE ALREADY. WE GAVE THEM AN HALF AN HOUR TO SORT OUT THE MESS, BECAUSE WE DONT STAY IN WITBAANK AND KRIEL DOESNT HAVE A 8TA STORE.. WE THEN CANCELLED THE CONTRACT OVER THE PHONE.
