I took a Sumsung Tablet at MTN Shelly Centre on contract in October 2012.In April 2013 the tablet begins to have a problem with charging so on the 12 April 2013 I took it to MTN Vincent Park in Deveroux Avenue, there I was helped by Thobelani, he tried to help me but unfortunately their systems went offline and nothing was done. Since am not staying in EL I went back home with the hope that I will be coming again on the 24 April. Same guy helped me and asked whether have I carried all the package for the tablet because its still under guarantee I was going to receive a new one and the guarantee will expire end of April my response was no and I asked him why he did not tell me when I was here on the 12 of April. I did not have a choice but to leave it for repairs. To cut the long story short it was taken for repairs on 24 April and on 28 May I went to take it, when arriving at the hotel still it had the same problem I end up taking it back on 31 May for the same problem. In all I refused to take it in June cause I didn't have guarantee that it will work, but continue paying from April till now. In all I don't have a tablet with me and I continue paying I want new tablet not Samsung
