MTN has a data contract with a TV which is an excellent idea, but the execution and planning around it is totally unprofessional.
I took a data contract with the TV as mentioned in the title. The date of the contract was 8 of July 2013, however its been nearly a month now, and I still have not received the TV.
MTN uses a company called Ingram Micro to supply the TVs with the contract, however they are always "out of stock" and they keep on telling me that they will get stock "soon". "Soon" has been nearly a month now.
Always when i call to Ingram Micro, i got the same answer "No Stock. Will get the stock Soon".
They even does not know when they are going to get the stock. Only answer is "Soon" since last three weeks.
