Delivery taking too long

I have ordered a 40" Samsung LED TV through MTN on 26/12/2013, and I am still waiting for the delivery. This is taking too long and is absolutely unacceptable. I have since phoned them a couple of times and I was told that there was a problem with my address. The address was corrected and then all of a sudden they said that they do not have any stock. It has been 2 weeks since they told me that they are getting stock. I am already paying for the product that I have not received yet. It has been more than a month since the order has been placed. I am told every week that my tv will be delivered before the end of the week, but it never happens.

I am very disappointed with the service of Ingram Micro South Africa.
