I purchased a router that comes with a 40 inch LED Samsung TV from MTN in Sandton a month ago. MTN gave me the router but the TV still remains to be seen. Apparently, MTN uses a very pathetic company called ingram micro to supply the TV's. The lady I dealt with at MTN has done her utmost best to get the TV delivered to me with no success. I have called the incompetent ingram micro a couple of times to try to resolve this with no success. Every time I call I get the same pathetic response that they don't have it in stock and they don't know when they'll be getting new stock. The people who "try to help" me can not even furnish me with the manager's phone number giving the excuse that they don't or can't. I'm even thinking of cancelling this deal and terminating the phone contract I have with MTN. I have been a loyal MTN client for years and this is just the worst experience I have ever gotten from them. If stupid ingram can not service their needs then either MTN should provide the TV or find another supplier who can deliver.
