Delivery taking very long

An order was placed with Ingram Micro through MTN, the order was apparently placed on the 10th of Jan 2014. The order is for a samsung 40" 3D tv. They phoned me on the 13th of Jan, and said that the tv will be delivered before the 17th of Jan, I phoned them on the 16th to confirm the delivery address when I was told that they do not have any stock available and will receive by the 22nd of Jan. I phoned them on the 22nd and asked whether they have received. They said that they did and will deliver by 29 Jan. Then I phoned 24th to find out what is going on. They said that they have received the incorrect stock and don't have any to deliver, and that they will let me know when they have received. I have not heard anything yet.
