In 2004 December I took the contract which had two lines for 24 months. In 2006 I renewed these two line for another 24 months. In 2008 I contacted cell c Sandton to understand the process of cancelling the contract earlier. I was told that there is some money that I need to pay which I did pay. From 2010 to 6June 2013 I've never received communication from cell c. Until on the 6June 2013 where I received an SMS from Pholosa debt collectors telling me that I have to pay R7 525.on the 17 June 2013 I called the Pholosa, I spoke to the lady by the name Innocentia. She told me that its an account that I opened in 2011.I told her its not true and she needs to get her facts right. On the same day I called Cell C finance department and I spoke to Tumisang she did confirm that I closed this account. I than asked her than why I'm I getting SMS and she told me that she don't know because in her system it shows that I paid the account in full. On 18 June I faxed the letter to Innocentia explaining to her that I don't understand what she is talking about since I spoke to someone from Cell c who tells me that the account was closed and had a credit report that was confirming that.
