So, i sign a 24 month contract with Virgin Mobile, been a client of theirs for years, so i am aware of the 30 day notice period. But it gets better than that... My contract ends January 2013, i make the call on Friday 11th Jan to cancel only to be shocked to hear when my last debit order will be... 1ST APRIL 2013. A debit order goes off the very first month end of opening the contract, a higher sum than your normal premium, then your proper instalment follows every month thereafter. The explanation to the last debit going off on the 1st April, they work 2 months before the time... REALLY??? Amazing that they did not work 2 months later after i signed the contract. Read the terms at the back of your contract... pathetic... seriously! They can swop and change anything they want to at any time they like to! Nice VIRGIN MOBILE... GREAT WORK!!!
