Hi i have called cells many time no one helped me all they said that they will send my query but no one really help me bad service i was over change and i ask them to revers it before they debit my account one lady from the billing dept called me and told me they will fix it i will be debit R288 in my account not R466.03 and I'm still waiting for the recording i ask for no one come back to me about it at all because by the time i upgrade no one told me that they will change me more and the i was told that my contract will be R240 not R259 i need my money back to my account before end of business don't come to me with the story saying u will pay less next month i want it I'm sick and tired with you company and you bad service. i wish i didn't upgrade with you guy. if this what you do will peoples account you need to be reported to the FICA. i need the full explain call me on 0833098421
