I upgraded my contract on Saturday and was meant to get R200 airtime along with my new contract. When I went to go have a look MTN had decided just to take off around R100 airtime when I had not even made a phone call?? I called MTN and they first lady said I was on the phone for over an hour... which I was not, I even took a picture of my call log. She said she will forward my claim on and did not get back to me. Called again on Monday and another lady said the first consultant made a mistake and read the call log wrong..it was actually 1.48min. But could not explain where my airtime went. So she forwarded my claim again and told me she would get back to me. Of course now being Friday nobody has gotten back to me or refunded my airtime. Everytime I upgrade there is ALWAYS a problem??? Please would you sort this out or I will be changing my provider!
