Virgin has AGAIN debited my account for a cancelled contract. Last month I had the same problem and when I contacted them, I was informed that they are so sorry that they up and it will be fixed. SURPRISE, it is not fixed and you took money off my bank account without my permission!
And this after I phoned your customer services last week 3 times to tell them to ensure the amount is not taken off the bank account again this month. I am reporting this to the commissioner as I'm sure I'm not the only person that has to deal with incompetency from a service provider.
I want the amount of R299.00 credit back to my bank account TODAY!
