I have cancelled my cell contract about 6 months ago, i am not receiving the airtime so i placed a stop payment on my account which i paid for, Every month Virgin mobile takes money from my account (i have also complained about this with virgin mobile countless amount of times) I then find out that the Stop payment is not guaranteed! then why offer this service and make your customers pay for it! every month I'm having to go to the bank so that they can reverse the charge. It might be easier to close my bank account and open a new one with another Bank. Should i do this rather?
