I joined Virgin Mobile on a 24 month contract and a month before the end of the contract I phoned in to give the months' notice as required. I then had my number ported to MTN and thought that to be the end of it. Two months later I saw a debit order going off my account and at first thought it was the final account. In the meanwhile people from Virgin Mobile had been contacting me that I was due for an upgrade and I did not take notice of it. The another month I was debited and realised that according to their system I had not stopped my account. After spending some time on the phone with one of the nameless "champs" (ironic!!!) it was agreed that they would pay back the final 2 account debited from my account within 5 to 10 working days. It's been about a month. Then when I phone today, the "champ" says that they credited my account. An account that was cancelled in May now has R660 credit. I was put on hold and after 5 minutes put the phone down. Please Virgin Mobile REFUND me the money which you have from me.
