I CANNOT have my account on FIXED AMOUNT monthly

I would like to have a FIXED AMOUNT debited off my account every month rather than have a RANDOM amount taken off each month ranging from R400-R1000.. I was informed to rather "watch" my usage and then just stop using it when the 2gigs are used up... It's rather more inconvenient than anything else... I have a simple request that can't be met. Mtn is a huge provider and not one person is able to cater and understand my needs. It doesn't matter what account it is really, I need a fixed amount so that I can budget. If it cant be done then I need to cancel my contract... I was informed i have to pay in an a amount of R4200..I can't afford that.. And I can't afford to have these random bills each month... And MTN CANNOT HELP ME!
