Account cancelled 5 months ago, money still taken

I cancelled my contract in July 2013, yet I am still having money debited from my bank account. I have informed Chris Barnard about this and he has given me one credit (last month) yet I STILL received a statement this month for another debit! Most mobile phone companies have a bad reputation, but Virgin is THE WORST I have ever dealt with - they sort nothing out, the replies I have received have been abrupt. I will never have a contract from this communications company again. Richard Branson would be ashamed if he knew he had such working for him.
