Money out of my account again

I made a complain on the 8th of October. Someone contacted me and sorted the problem out. Or so did I thought. I cancelled my contract in April 2013. The lady who contacted me said the money deducted from my account will be paid back and that they will stop deducting money. The money was paid back. This morning an amount of R417 was deducted from my account. How do I stop Virgin from steeling money from me.
