Contract opened without my consent - NOT HAPPY

After i wrote a report week (25 July2013) I received a call from Rodriguez from department same day and he promised to handle this problem and be in contact with me it is now a week, this morning i was debited R318.97 i have to make another trip to the bank to reverse this transaction again.this is now causing a pain and it is emotionally and mentally draining
Can you please on your side suspend this contract and payments until this matter is resolved i don't want to be blacklisted because i can't afford this contract pls.
