Vodacon & FNB opened an contract without my consen

Last week I received a call from a agent claiming to be from Vodacom and FNB, she said there was a promotion between the two companies and that my number was chosen to be on a contract.

I told the agent I am not interested and hung up. A day later received sms saying my number has been moved to a contract and that my bank account will be debited. I an nutshell I DO NOT WANT A CONTRACT AND WILL NEVER BE INTERESTED IN ONE. I called 082 111 and was refered to 082 1958 I called that as well. I amstill waiting on them to cancel the so called contract I took.
