After following all necessary procedures to cancel my contract with Vodacom and having received confirmation that I am now on pre-paid, Vodacom has CONTINUED to debit my account with contract fees. (Over R 1, 000.00)
I spent 2 hours this morning on my cell trying to get this matter resolved.
After being transferred from one department to another, being put on hold indefinitely and being cut off 3 times, I have given up trying to resolved this matter with your INCOMPETENT Customer NO-Service Division.
