I have now been waiting for a response from Vodacom for a while and still nothing. Please note that Vodacom has left me no choice and I have instructed FNB to reverse payments made to Vodacom as I am no longer a client. Your call-centre confirmed that all the documents to cancel my contract at Vodacom were received on time and they are on file. The call-centre also advised as was done on this website that the matter has been escalated and that I will be contacted. Well, why am I still waiting? Please confirm that my contract has been closed on your side and that my account is in good standing as I do not wish to be blacklisted due to Vodacom's incompetence.
