Top up 315 Contract

I have a blackberry topup 315 contract on the vodacom network wich I obtained via weavacell.
I am currently paying R520 pm for this as I am blacklisted and this includes my R60 for the BIS service.

They have debited my account on 31/12/2012, today I cannot access the internet or chat on BBM as my BIS Services have been de-activated for some strange reason. According to my knowledge they are busy with breaching of my contract. My airtime might be finished but this has nothing to do with my BIS, as the BIS is seperate from my airtime. I want this resolved or I will be cancelling the contract and I will not be paying a cancelation fee as they are the ones that are breaching the contract. This is not the first time I have had issues, I have had my contract changed without my consent, that was resolved, I had my account over debited by R120 more or less, that was resolved, althoug I am paying the debit fees, which was not mentioned to me in my contract that I will be resposible for that.

Please resolve the BIS issie very very quickly or I will take matter further.
