Blackberry R59 BIS Service

To whom this may concern,

I have been a MTN subscriber for the past 8 years, and for the past 2 years I've owned multiple blackberry's and to say the latest venture with the R59 BIS is full of I can't download anything from my family in Australia or from the USA videos and songs this is unfair as I'm being charged for the full deal and unable to utilize this I use about 500mb or data per month and this is why I've bought it as your bis lite just doesn't cut it I've phoned and got no help this is disgusting even for Mtn and I'm well connected if this problem doesn't get rectified I will be forced to find another provider as 2 of my friends have after telling them about this issue I'm next just because one or two people did something wrong doesn't mean the other subscribers have to suffer I've bought a data bundle and I can't even use that drives me nuts then I get told but an agent from blackberry support that I need to cancel my service and buy the bis lite I refuse as I requested that you change this it's not my problem to solve your up's FIX IT!!!
