Being over charged for new cellphone contract

This issue started in Nov.2012 when I initially opened the contract, I took out a new contract where you get the Samsung galaxy pocket with Samsung tv. Asked for topup contract, also asked to have an existing number added to on contract. Was promised that all of that will be done, gave the number, got my tv license the following week, took it in a week later and got the phone with a new simcard. I contacted the consultant Timothy Nkejane immediately and he promised it will be resolved soonest, never happened, was told I'll have my tv in a week only, only received it end of Jan 2013. Only after 3 months the problem with the number was resolved, I had to pay extra charges to the account for 3 months after paying my fee in Dec.2012 of R275 for activating new contract. In Feb paid R355, March: R209 and now R247.70. on a contract where I'm supposed to pay R199. The consultant didn't make it a closed topup contract, there is extra charges every month. Everytiime queries takes months to be resolved and my lines get cut if I don't pay. Now I have an invoice of over R1100 where I should only pay R900 a month. MTN in somerset west is a disgrave with their service and I want this resolved!!!
