Approval of Contract i gave no consent to!!!

Good day

Im wringting on behalf of my mom- who was contacted by a Siraaj on Weds 03/4/13 from Vodacom Rewards Programme offering her a top up contract she advised agent she will think about it and he was supposed to call her back on Friday- she didnt hear from him Friday but received an sms Saturday morning to say her contract was approved and her bank account will be debited within 48 hours- my mom uses a blackberry on pay as you go and did not consent to this, This Siraaj person asked her for her banking details but she declined to give it to him- we called the contact centre and was advised to call back on Monday 08/4/13. Upon calling we discovered that he had put through the transaction for the contract with bank details that were loaded on Vodacoms system which is because she did not give him any details- he just used her old details that were on the system, the person advised it can be reversed after 3 working days but Vodacom will decide if they going to reimburse her with her BIS that was active on her number after they listen to the call to decide if the agent was at fault!!! I have spoken to a manager Mr Govender who will contact me once he has feedback
